Booking is easy and quick on the system. The results shown will be based on distance to the meeting venue. Please note that ICRS does not take responsibility for hotel bookings; the booking contract will be between the participant and the booking agent.

To make your reservation, simply click on “Book Now” and follow the easy three-step process:

• Select your dates: Choose your preferred check-in and check-out dates, along with the number of guests.
• Browse available options: View real-time availability of room categories and properties to find the best match for your stay.
• Confirm and pay: Enter your personal and payment details to complete your reservation.
• Cancellation: Please review carefully the booking and cancellation terms of the respective hotel while booking your room.

Individual bookings: For bookings of up to a maximum of five rooms. All payments will be processed securely by BookingMaster. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your accommodation voucher and payment receipt.

Group bookings: For group bookings, please contact us and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
