General Information for Presenters at ICRS 2026
If you have any questions, please contact [email protected]
Oral Presentations
- Oral presentations are 15 min (10-12 min talk and 3-5 min Q&A)
- To help ensure that all slide presentations are available and ready when the time comes, we kindly request that you send your final presentation slides (PowerPoint or PDF format) no later than Friday, June 19 at 11:59 PM EDT.
- Please label your presentation file using the presenter’s last name and session number, separated by an underscore. For example: lastname_session9 or lastname_datablitz3
- Please send your slide presentation file to [email protected].
Data Blitz Presentations
- Data blitz presentations are 1 min. Presenters are permitted one static slide only. Please do not include any animations, transitions, or embedded media in your slide.
- There will be no time for Q&A - these can be addressed during your assigned poster session. This change has been made from past years to include more speaker participation, and to help maintain the positive, high energy expected of a datablitz. Please use this as an opportunity to build interest in your poster (i.e., mention your poster number on the slide), where you can have more meaningful conversations and answer questions.
